On 11/6/2025 Cara George had this to say:
Our heavy machine repairman, Mark, always exceeds our expectations! He goes above and beyond every single visit — always with a smile and an incredible wealth of knowledge. I’ve never had a service tech who keeps detailed lists of our machines and parts he might need for future appointments. He takes the time to explain everything in a way I can easily understand without ever making me feel silly for asking questions. Mark is truly a man of his word and consistently delivers top-notch service. We couldn’t ask for anyone better!~ Wilson Iron Works

5 Stars ⭐️! This company came out on the same day within about an hour of being called. They fixed our forklift in about an hour or so. I am so appreciative of this company coming out so quick, especially with this week being a shortened week because of Thanksgiving! We are extremely thankful for the service we received! We will be a returning customer for all of our forklift needs!
